For the whole family: grandparents, aunts, cousins and the little ones. We take the big group first, then smaller groups, then the women of the family together.

  • Photos of each household and smaller groups
  • The women together, plus a portrait of each

The studio fits up to 5 people. For Golden Hour, add anyone else for $25 each, paid with the balance on the day of your session, or choose Extended Family for up to 20. Edited images arrive in about two weeks.

    Book online and pay the 20% deposit to hold your date.

    Plan your colors

    I send a short guide so everyone’s outfits work together.

    Your session

    We start with everyone, then the women together, then a portrait of each of you.

    Your gallery

    30 edited images arrive in about two weeks in a private online gallery.

Questions

Who can be in the photos?

Up to 5 people are included. Most Generations sessions center on mom, her daughters and her mother, and the rest of the family is welcome too. The studio fits up to 5. Outdoors, each extra person is $25 with Golden Hour, or book Extended Family for up to 20 people.

Do the men and kids have to sit out?

No. We photograph the whole family first, then the women together, then each woman on her own.

Studio or golden hour outdoors?

The studio gives you clean, timeless portraits in any weather. Golden hour gives you soft sunset light at a park or beach in San Diego. Both include 30 edited images.

What should we wear?

Coordinated colors, not matching outfits. After you book, I send a short guide with palettes that photograph well together.

How do I hold my date?

A 20% deposit holds your date: $85 for the studio or $105 for golden hour. The balance is due on the day of your session.
